Intake Manifold Runner Control Stuck Open Bank 2

The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detected that the Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) actuator or flaps for Bank 2 are stuck in the open position. This occurs when the feedback voltage from the IMRC position sensor does not match the commanded closed state from the PCM.
