O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 1

The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) has detected that the voltage signal from the upstream oxygen sensor on Bank 1 is remaining excessively high for a prolonged period. This typically indicates that the engine is running too rich or there is a short to voltage within the sensor's wiring circuit.
