Sadly, I know from experience that these guys are first-rate. They give you a very realistic understanding of how long the job will take, and then they are absolutely meticulous in ensuring that they have completely restored your car to pre-accident shape. They are pleasant, easy to reach, savvy about insurance, and completely professional. Recommend without reservations.

View on GoogleOur newly licensed 16 year old did some significant damage to our 2021 Toyota Corolla . I’m glad I brought it to Hartel’s Auto body. Great experience start to finish. Rene conducted my estimate. He clearly explained the work to be done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. The shop kept me informed regularly on the status of the work. Pick up was smooth and easy. They did excellent job on the repair of my Corolla. I I highly recommend Hartel’s Auto body.

The entire crew is patient, efficient, friendly and does superior work. After an accident my car needed a lot of work. Rene (pronounced “rainy”) got me in asap, dealt with my insurance and rental car, and patiently talked me through the entire process. Honestly, my car looks better now than the day I bought it. If you want to be treated kindly, with respect and full transparency, and receive amazing service from a family owned and operated business, Hartel’s is the place. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Hartel’s!!!

Rene was patient, accommodating, and walked me through the whole step by step process in regards to communicating between insurance company and rental company. He answered all my questions and soothed any anxiety I had with the whole process. Work was done promptly and my car looks beautiful. If I ever need auto body work done in the future, Hartel's will be where I return to. I absolutely highly recommend them! Thank you, Hartel's for making a stressful experience into a much more pleasant one.
