BJ's Tire Center

The same people that work on your tires also seem to run the front desk and things are very, very slow. I spent a lot of money on 4 tires that were incorrectly balanced causing major vibrations on the highway. I had to return to get them to redo the balancing and then everything was fine. The people working there are very nice once you get them but from the 4 times I was there it was obvious from the many others waiting this was an understaffed location with not a lot of manager support. I had also called and left many messages but never got a call back and no one ever answered the phone at the front desk. They were probably too busy working on tires with no one working at the front desk.

Don't even go there to buy tires, the worst BJ ':s tire center. They never answer phone calls and it took more than four hours to change 4 tires for my car.

I wish I could give this center less than one star. The entire experience was a disaster. I ordered tires on Jan 4th and FINALLY got them installed on Jan 29th. But not only that, you cannot get anyone on the phone to check the status of your order. I tried for weeks and had to call corporate to get anyone to look into my sale. I personally went into the physical store to speak with someone only to find no one was there at the front desk, broken call bell, and a line of angry people waiting. Eventually I was able to reach the manager by calling several times to the main line. I have spent HOURS literally, trying to get a person on the phone and finally schedule my appointment date. A date was set a week later and when my husband went to the agreed time they had no record of it! Do NOT go to this tire center. You were warned.

My wheels came backed scratched up around the rims. The guy at the counter spent 5 minutes typing on the computer - as I was standing there - after I told him I was there for an appointment. Job was done in a somewhat timely manner. Would not recommend going here if you don't want 20 new chips and scratches on your wheels.

Go to a professional tire shop it’s worth the extra money. Whatever you think you are saving in money you will regret in service and professionalism.
