Incredible customer service! The team went above and beyond to troubleshoot my malfunctioning Segway scooter, eventually working directly with the manufacturer to get me a brand-new replacement under warranty. They are honest, hardworking, and truly care about their customers. Highly recommend this shop!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was riding my e-bike when my bike wouldn’t turn on. I was in Yorktown so I brought it here and they were incredibly helpful. The staff was friendly, took a look at it right away, and had it fixed in about 10 minutes. They were professional, and made sure everything was working safely before I left. Great customer service and a great experience overall.

I came in with my mototec e-moto after multiple of stores couldn’t fix it. This was the only store that fixed it. They fixed it really quickly and effectively. Very respectful towards customers. Have a lot of motorized vehicles to try. Highly recommend checking out their store.
