Beautiful Mountain View’s from our balcony overlooking the golf course!! Alyssa at the front desk at check in and later on was there to help us with tv questions in our room. She was phenomenal and went way above and beyond to help us!! Truly an exemplary employee! We very much enjoyed our stay here from the pretty location to the fabulous restaurant. Also check out Prominence up the street for Italian dining,, Fabulous! Highly recommend in the area..

We just had our wedding at Wylder on April 11th. From the very beginning, Olivia set the tone and became our MVP! She was incredibly patient with our millions of e-mails and genuinely invested in making our day perfect, while helping us stay within budget. She had some awesome ideas, was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. That level of service continued throughout the entire weekend. From Robin & Mack at the front desk, the gentleman with the long hair (I apologize, I do not know his name) who went above and beyond to assist with our arch, the waitstaff, to Chris and Kat...each person on staff was more helpful than the next. Everything flowed seamlessly throughout the weekend and allowed us to truly enjoy every moment. Our wedding planner, who has coordinated hundreds of weddings around the world, was so impressed with the staff at Wylder, even said she would want her own daughter to get married there. That kind of praise speaks volumes and is a true testament to the quality of staff. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, the atmosphere, and overall vibe. The venue was immaculate and beautifully maintained. If we could give a million stars, we would. The staff at Wylder is truly special and played a huge role in making our wedding unforgettable.

Came to this hotel for a conference, and it was such an excellent experience. The staff were very helpful and kind. From Yaretzi who refreshed my room, to Elisa in the front desk, to the bar staff who fulfilled our orders, to the reception staff I asked for help when the fire alarm came on at one building. They resolved asks very quickly. I also love how all the soaps (even in public bathrooms) and candles smelled amazing. The vibe of all areas of the property were charming and beautiful. My colleagues spoke highly of the saunas, and I enjoyed the free fire pits, and having smores at night. Even a simple walk to my room, looking up at the stars, after conference dinner, was so relaxing.

The Dream Team- where do we begin ?! Every employee at Wylder was an absolute dream to work with starting with Sobia who helped us with a late check-in, after driving from the city Friday night. We started our Saturday morning with Caitlin, Alyssa, Mack and Sam upgrading us from a cozy double to a King suite! They also helped us book in a private sauna session, got us set up with electric bikes that we rode around Windham path, and signed us up for a beautiful candle lit textured paint and sip by a roaring fire in Evergreen with Makayla from Handmade Haven. Waking up Sunday morning, we grabbed a Bev and pastry from Babblers and were given a late checkout, thanks to Sam, which allowed us to enjoy the pool in the sun for a few extra hours; where they ensured we had sunscreen and fresh towels. My only notes for future guests to consider would be that the cozy double room is indeed a COZY double, and may not be ideal for families or if you would like space to stretch out. The tv in the cozy double is tucked in the corner, so not great for if you need a break from the weather, or have limited access to communal spaces if there’s a bigger event going on, like a wedding or corporate retreat. I think it would be a great investment for Wylder to get extendable arms for the screens in rooms that are tucked away. As a guest it may be a good idea when booking in to check if there are any large events that may be happening on property during your stay, that may limit hours or access to certain areas…. However these are just notes, and the team went above and beyond in helping make our stay as LOVELY and as FULL as possible :) It was a joy to stop by the front desk throughout our trip to chat with, as we’ve dubbed them, THE DREAM TEAM, and they made every moment of our trip unforgettable, magical, joyful and so so peaceful. I am hoping to come back with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday, and potentially stay in the farm-house. Caitlin took time out of her schedule to show us the farm house, unprompted, and sent us future availability and pricing, based off of our ideal time frame before we left, such a champion! Everyone went above and beyond and we cannot wait to return to Wylder!

The service staff is fantastic! Sam went out of his way to greet us, get us to our room & offered to get anything we needed. Erin & Alyssa were also memorable for their eagerness to assist with anything we needed. Overall it was a positive experience.
