Hickory Hill Market

Hickory Hill Market has potential, and the store itself is clean and easy to walk through, but the prices here are extremely high compared to other markets in the area. I understand small local stores sometimes cost a little more, but the difference here isn’t just a little—it’s enough to make you stop and second-guess almost every item you pick up. Some everyday essentials are marked up far beyond what you’d expect, and it makes shopping here feel more like a last-resort stop than a regular go-to place. The location is convenient, and the staff I interacted with were polite and friendly, but even good service can only go so far when the prices are this elevated. You want to support local businesses, but it’s hard when you feel like you’re paying double for things you can get for much less just a few minutes down the road. I think with more fair pricing, the market could do a lot better because it really does have a nice setup inside. But until the prices come down to something reasonable, it’s tough to shop here without feeling like you’re being overcharged. Hopefully management takes a look at the feedback and makes some change

Wow, this store truly has everything. Seemingly every candy and treat under the sun, but also a great deli counter, fresh produce from local farms, coffee, ice cream, beer AND novelty toys? We had fun just wandering the aisles!

I love this gas station, the staff are always so polite and the soups are fabulous, bathrooms are always clean and the selection of beers are great, only one negative opinion and that is the radio both in the store and at the pumps is too loud otherwise my favorite gas station by far

Big beautiful clean gas station and deli that is family owned and operated! Great selection of items with friendly familiar faces what more could you ask for?! 10/10
