Bought a new dirtbike on the way home dropped it off at TNT to have two new tires installed. Had it done in a timely manner same day got on the dirtbike The rear tire was flat put air in it and it went flat immediately took the bike back to him and said hey just had these tires put on Haven’t even rode it and they are flat he is like “oh yeah you need a tube”. the tire that it showed up with was holding air so the tube was good so obviously they pinched the tube but made me pay for a new tube and we’re gonna make me Pay for them to install it again. That’s not how you make a mistake right….

The owners are absolutely amazing to work with! Brian and Matt could not have made my experience easier, they worked with me through the whole process. I just purchased my KTM RC 390 and am so happy. There is no other dealership I’d rather deal with! Definitely stop in, you won’t regret it.

Very Pleasant owner I can honestly say that good conversation! But took way to long to fix and when I got it back had more problems with my sled than when I dropped it off paid over 500$ for really nothing said he fixed my lines never did! My belt was tight got it back loose! (Atleast tighten the belt Jesus!) said my clutch going on a 2023 with 1500 mile ago figure! I would definitely not recommend

Called Monday to order a rear tire for my 2024 BMW S1000 RR. They had a great price and installation of the rear tire was extremely cheap. I decided to go in the next day and order an Alpinestar bag to give them a little more business. Both the tire and bag were set to arrive that Friday, in which they thankfully arrived Thursday. I dropped the bike off unannounced Thursday at mom and they didn’t mind. Unknowingly has the rear tire and bag arrived the same time, the put the rear tire on and gave me a call back at 3:30 to tell me the tire was set and bag were in. My previous experiences with them over the years is nothing but great customer service. I have had a lot of professional conversations with them regarding rebuilds of previous bikes I’ve owned as well as feedback in which they were happy to give. Overall, a professional and adult owned and ran business. They are the EXACT people you want to deal with. They do not include personal feelings but will give their 2 cents if they have had their own experiences with soemthing. Thank you TNT sport Cycle for the continued years of service and professionalism you have given me.
