I truly love this place and even more the entire team at CDJR. They outshine all the competition in the neighborhood and beyond. The most important thing is to always understand that since they are so good they will always be busy and at times it will be hard to connect with them and or schedule an appointment. Give them a little time and keep trying and you will have one of their awesome service professionals reach out and get you going. That is just what to expect when you have a superior quality of service that so many yearn for. I really think that everyone at this place truly does their best to look out for your best interest. It feels like their are looking out for one of their own family members and you can be assured that you are in Great hands. I try to catch the mechanics as much as I can because they do an awesome job and they do it fast so you can keep moving and life surely does not stop and they understand that. Set an appointment online, confirmed and yet still no appointment there. Checking if there is room now. Online confirmation useless. Tech was helpful though eventually.

Got a new Jeep last year and Had to have my inspection done today. Made an appointment earlier in the week online. Zachary had me in and out in 23 mins. He was so kind and accommodating. Literally the best experience I’ve ever had with getting my inspection done. + they had snacks, coffee, water, internet, tv.. bonus while I waited. THANKS Zachary & CDJR Service Team!
