This is the worst service I have ever used. They were supposed to flatbed my car. The guy refused to give it back to me, even though I told him I would pay him on the spot. They lost my car and had no idea where it was the following day. Unbelievable the police had to get involved everything else. I would never ever use the service or recommend them to anyone unless it was somebody I hate it. I've never had an experience like this before. I had no idea where the car was the next day after they towed it. Again thank God for the police intervention I don't know where I'd be at this point. Never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever use them!

Gene, Phil , and Bill are best in the business . Our family , and friends have been using their auto body shop for 30+ years . They have helped us from simple bodywork repairs to extensive car damage, while always lowering the stress level dealing with insurance companies. We highly recommend them! Stephen and Robin Feraca

I had such a great experience here. They were so quick with repairing my Jeep, kind & accommodating the whole way through, which made everything feel so much easier during a situation no one really wants to be in. On top of that, they even fixed two scratches on my car that weren’t part of the original reason I came in—without me even asking. That little extra effort meant so much to me, and I really appreciate it. Highly recommend!

The only reason I gave Village Auto Body 5 stars is because there is no 6 star rating! Phil and Gene are incredible! This is the ONLY shop I will ever use! They don't just fix cars...they take care of their customers! Their body work is fantastic and they keep you informed throughout the process. I knew I was going to be delayed, but Phil kept the shop open until I arrived. Who does that anymore? If you have any auto body needs, go to Village Auto Body in Westbury. They are located 1/2 block west of Post Avenue on Winthrop Ave.

Only shop I will b using from now on! They are very Professional. Not looking 2 charge u what every other place does. They Care! I had no idea I needed front tires & the price he gave me was unbelievable compared 2 what I paid before. My car is feeling so good I cant believe its 6 years old. Thank U I will b back for sure!
