Chad at the front desk was immediately welcoming and professional. He was able to get me in a little earlier for my car inspection and that is when I met Maurice! I recently had the pleasure of visiting checkered flag service center for maintenance on my vehicle.. From the moment I walked in I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the service I needed. Each time They worked on my 2006 Honda CR-V performed better and better. I knew I needed front end work, rotors and brakes and general maintenance so off of a referral from a friend They started working on the front end damage in January 2025, and then the starter needed to be replaced in February 2025 and the brakes and rotors were replaced last week and here we are in April 2025. The final steps to get my car to pass nys inspection that was due by March 25, took a couple of days but Joel and his Team found the problem and today my car passed inspection. In 3 months Checkered Flag fixed all the work another repair shop did almost a year ago and I'm so thankful for the knowledge, patience and time Joel and the mechanics put into me and my vehicle.
