I had a very disappointing experience at this mechanic shop and would strongly advise others to be cautious. I came in for a simple inspection and explained that upfront to the main mechanic. Before even properly checking the car, he looked at it from a distance and immediately said, “you still have to pay if it fails.” That already felt unprofessional and off-putting. For context, my car is in excellent condition. I only came here because my dealership, Rallye BMW, didn’t have availability for two weeks. About 20 minutes later, he told me the car would fail inspection because it supposedly needed new brake discs and brakes. This made no sense, as I had just recently had my brakes serviced at the dealership. When I questioned him, he started trying to push additional work, which raised a red flag. I declined and told him to bring my car down—I’d rather wait the two weeks and go back to the dealership. I’m glad I did. At Rallye BMW, they inspected the car and found absolutely nothing wrong with the brakes or discs. The car passed inspection with no issues. This experience felt dishonest and like an attempt to upsell unnecessary repairs. Based on this, I would not trust this shop and would not recommend it to others.

Came in for an inspection with a crack in my windshield. I understand that this would result in a failed inspection, but I was not informed of that beforehand. Despite knowing the vehicle would fail regardless of whether emissions passed, they still proceeded with the inspection. It feels misleading to charge customers for a service when the outcome is already guaranteed. It makes me wonder how many other customers have paid for unnecessary work or services here.

The mechanics at this garage are good mechanics but more so good people, they were fair and didn’t try to rip me off unlike most of the shops in my area have done or tried to do to some extent , they diagnosed my new faulty alternator I got from autozone less than a month ago and even stayed late to install the replacement and only asked for an extra $20 on top of the quoted price and they put the cost of the diagnostic towards the labor of the repair. High recommended!

Dont agree with their pricing structure and parts cost but manager did help move my car to another shop. Manager did try to make amends / course correct after a bad experience. Note to the owner / manager: you CAN do better. Train your people on service writing with fair prices. If ypur parts are more expensive than the dealer no one will bring you their business. Also dont treat women like idiots on the off chance they did motorsports and worked in service at a dealer. Play fair.

Don't even try to visit this place. You'll sorry The people are very rude and they offer services they can't even provide themselves. This place should be closed.
