Excellent service from friendly, passionate professionals. I made an oil change appointment late at night for a next day Saturday morning oil change and requested tire rotations as well. This was already exciting, since I expected most auto shops to be closed on weekends. The owner was there to take me in, got me in and out super quick, and was extremely kind. When the service was done, he explained in layman's what aspects of my car would need attention and when. His honesty really won me over here. He informed me that my back tire brakes would need replacing soon, but it could hold out until fall or summer. As a young woman with next to no knowledge on cars, it would be really easy to tell me the brakes need replacing asap, and up charge me and these things have happened before. This level of transparency is super refreshing, and creates a strong trust in Kinetic Auto care to provide fair services. Afterwards, we chatted about our lives, and his children - super friendly guy with a great outlook on life. Thank you so much Kinetic Autos for an excellent stress free experience.

Highly recommend this place, the owner was super helpful. Today my car woke up on limp mode and I took it real quick to this place and they essentially gave me a free check engine diagnostics and some recommendations. You can feel when someone is genuinely trying to help you and that is exactly how I felt when I left this place. Will definitely go back here for future repairs, local and honest good energy. TY!

I had such a great experience at Kinetic Auto Care that I’m still thinking about it months later. I originally went in August 2025 for a Groupon oil change, but the mechanic (I believe Jack) went above and beyond. My tires were low and I wasn’t sure what to do. He offered to fill them up for me without hesitation. While servicing my car, he also pointed out a leak and a few things to keep in mind for the future. No pressure at all. He was just honest, and gave helpful advice. He even gave me a written estimate, which my husband (who is very skeptical of mechanics) thought was very reasonably priced. We didn’t do the work at the time, but now that one issue needs attention, this is the first place we’re going back to (actually my husband is heading there now!). That kind of impression doesn’t happen often. Highly recommend.

Stopped by for regular maintenance on my RAV4 PRIME based on a rec from a friend. Great customer service and pricing. Friendly people, convenient and quick service. No unexpected surprises. I was very happy with my experience there and would definitely recommend.
