They walked me through the repair process, kept me updated along the way, and delivered my car back looking better than before the damage happened. The workmanship is top notch at Lux! They clearly take pride in what they do. On top of that, the customer service was exceptional. I was recently involved in a car accident and had my RAV4 towed to Lux based on a friend’s recommendation. The car looked like a total mess, but from the moment I arrived, Sal and Jessica were amazing—friendly, helpful, and, most importantly, reassuring during a stressful time. Jessica kept me informed throughout the entire process, which I greatly appreciated. The communication was excellent, and I always knew what was happening with my vehicle. When I picked up my RAV4, I was blown away. She looks brand new! The repair work was outstanding, and the detailing—inside and out—was truly the chef’s kiss. What could have been a frustrating and overwhelming experience was made so much easier thanks to everyone at Lux. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of body work or collision repairs. While I certainly hope I won’t need their services again (ha!), I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I ever do.
