4.5 Stars...This is by far one of the best Audi guys around the NY/NJ area. Straight, no nonsense, tells you whats wrong and how to get things back to 100%. They really go through the cars and diagnose well. They will change an o-ring if that is all it needs vs changing whole part. They are willing to work with you to ensure you get what you want. Pricing is fair and no aftermarket parts are used. Best if you can drop off and pick up car later. Small waiting area but don't let that discourage you, its all worth the trip when you see the results.
