There's so much no way you won't find what you need on top of that its very clean and extremely neat and organized. Kind employee at checkout. I drove from Geneva because no joke they were the ONLY ones that had a 56" bandsaw blade and the price was even better, half of what Lowes wants.

Ace in Weedsport is my goto if I cannot locate a hardware part elsewhere. They are likely to have it. Great staff.

I was looking for a circuit breaker for an additional line in my panel box. They had exactly what I needed at an awesome price!

Great store, plenty of hard to find goods and tools. Very friendly people and convenient hours. Let's patronize our local businesses and make sure they're there in the future.

Up until today, ACE was getting plenty of "stars" in my reviews, but its obvious that ACE Hardware Inc let's their "local stores" dictate when & where customer "coupons & rewards" are used. I had an "exclusive reward" show up in my ACE app, $20 off a $100 purchase, had to be used by 10/31/2025, was the only caveat. So I went down to my local ACE and finally picked up a Milwaukee M18 Circular Saw I'd been watching for awhile. Of course at checkout I was informed my online coupon could not be used, store policy, something about excluded items based on what you are buying or what company you were buying from. Their terms & conditions say it all... something I saw AFTER forking over more money than I wanted to pay. I put that below... its VERY exclusionary except to ACE products. The cashier also told me that the paper coupon mailed to me was also "not valid" as it has the wording " other exclusions may apply". That also appears to be a local store policy, too bad, because now I'll do my shopping at Lowes or Home Depot. Its further away, but they dont jerk you around with false promises and claims of "savings" It appears that just about every power tool would be excluded using this policy, and who knows what else, so what are these "rewards" good for... $100 worth of ACE spray paint? No thank you... The App comes off the phone later today, and I'll cancel my ACE Rewards account as well. You would think the $1000s spent last year at my local ACE would warrant a $20 off coupon to be used, but they really only offer "pretend rewards". Hopefully Corporate ACE leadership reads these reviews and starts to rethink their rewards policies. My suggestion, don't lead your customers on, thinking they will get to use those fancy ACE app coupons for anything but ACE branded products.
