I strongly advise not going to this garage at all. Long story short (because Google won’t let me write my entire review on here) My truck was at this garage 10/20/24 until I picked it up 1/16/24 after my finish date got pushed off 8 times. My truck was supposed to be done in November. I was given an end date when the garage didn’t have my parts at their garage and was told I couldn’t take my truck and drop it off when the parts came because it was against policy. I had to get my insurance and corporate involved because Anna continuously lied about the progress being made on my truck. When I finally picked my truck up the gas was completely empty, I dropped it off with 75 miles until empty. When I noticed this I walked inside and asked if there was a gas jug to make sure I could make it to the gas station due to my truck being empty and was told no. I asked if I could have $10 for gas since they ran it past empty and asked what am I supposed to do if I run out of gas on my way to the gas station and Anna responded with “part of owning a vehicle is filling it with gas”. Very unprofessional to not even put $5 in to make sure a customer can reach a gas station without running out when she acknowledged she knew it was empty and didn’t do anything about it. My truck pops an alarm at 50 miles to empty and stops displaying after 30 miles are left but my gauge was below empty so I had 0 idea how much gas I actually had left but she did not care. I also asked if they would reimburse the $72 I had to pay out of pocket for a rental due to them taking way longer than they were supposed to on my truck and was again turned away with a no. My main frustration and disappointment is with how freely Anna feels lying to clients and having no follow through. To me it seems like there’s a mass communication problem between the garage and management, or she’s very petty and will drag out work for catching her in her own lies. If I had known I’d be waiting this long I would have never ever came here. I will never be a customer again and urge everyone else to steer clear because they have 0 integrity or respect for their customers. Below are pictures of the damage my truck went in with, pictures of the mileage when I dropped it off (that I got from their documentation) and picked it back up, text messages from the garage, and a voicemail Anna had left. My truck does look great but there was 0 reason that it took 3 months and an endless amount of frustration.

I’ve used Huckle’s twice now for significant deer damage. Both times have been great experiences. My vehicle has been returned looking amazing! Any questions I had were answered. They made the process super easy and did great work!

Staff were easy to communicate with. Called and dropped off the next day. Upfront and accurate with how long repairs would take (actually got my car back a few days early). I was even was kept up to date via text during the entire process. Repairs look great and they even re-secured my shift knob.

As always Huckles does a wonderful job. They are professional when you walk in and when you leave . Work was amazing and the staff is very friendly.

Huckle's came highly recommended. I went to them for a complex door repair and I can strongly recommend their high quality and service. My door was damaged in a collision and the first shop I went to did a poor job on the repair, requiring an extensive and complicated fix. The mechanics and office staff walked me carefully through the work, took care of the tricky insurance issues, and got the door repaired. After it was complete I had a wind whistle and they spent a morning doing everything they could to find the cause. We concluded it was probably a manufacturing issue with the door panel itself and we are looking into that. Personally I rate businesses by how well they handle the problems of a tricky job and I can say Huckle's really delivered for me. I'm most grateful for their service.
