After 15 years of patronage, I regret to express my disappointment with the service I received. Barbara and her nephew's handling of customer concerns was inadequate. A young mechanic's error during a recent tire rotation resulted in damaged wheel studs, which he failed to take responsibility for. The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by the staff, coupled with Barbara's defense of the mechanic's actions, has led to my decision to never return to this establishment. I will not recommend this business to anyone due to concerns over SAFETY and customer care.

I had my front end fixed after an accident. It took forever for them to complete the job. Had to take my car unfinished because I couldn’t wait for a small trim piece. Brought my car in 3 weeks later to get the piece installed. While attempting to put the piece in they found that my lower control arm was bent, how they missed that I’m not sure. I also had them do a inspection while the car was sent in once again. Got the car back to find out they put the sticker on with dirty oil on their hands all over the fabric on the door jam. Would not recommend them to anyone

Called on a Monday and had an appointment on a Tuesday for an inspection. Took my car in no more than 10 minutes later. Asked them to check my tire that I felt a wobble and they did and suggested a repair. No extra charge for that request and they could not have been nicer. I'll be going back there for the alignment shortly. Thank you for being so welcoming and professional. See you soon. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

Been bringing my vehicles here for over 10 yrs and these guys are great. I own a landscaping and plow business and there's always dents or rust and rot that need fixing to keep my fleet in looking good. Always a pleasure to deal with John and Autumn. Body work is excellent and so is the mechanical work. Never had any issues after they have been done. Def recommend them to get your car looking good and tiptop shape

Best place to have your car taken care of. John and his staff are amazing. They always help me with my car and explain what's going on. I've been coming here for 8 years. Best auto body shop around.
