I recently had my vehicle detailed at Ortiz Diamond Auto Detailing and I can honestly say this was one of the best detailing experiences I’ve had. My paint was in rough condition going in, with noticeable imperfections that I didn’t think could be corrected, but Rey took the time to inspect the car with me and explain the process step by step. His knowledge of paint correction and proper detailing techniques is obvious, and he answered every question I had without rushing anything. The shop itself immediately gave me confidence that I came to the right place. He’s fully set up with professional-grade equipment and a wide range of high-end products from brands like Koch Chemie, Suds Lab, Adam’s, Superior Products, and other top-tier detailing companies. You can tell he takes his work seriously and doesn’t cut corners. When I picked up the car, the difference was unbelievable. The paint had depth and gloss that I haven’t seen in years, and the overall finish looked better than I expected. Rey did an amazing job with the detailing of my car. He was very meticulous with every inch of cleaning my car, inside and out. My car wasn’t even this clean when I drove it off the car lot brand new!! I would recommend Ortiz Diamond Auto Detailing over and over! Great experience!!!

Ray did an incredible job restoring my 10 year old 2016 Jeep Patriot to factory new.
