Braley Noxon Hardware

I have 3 stihl chain saws 2 are 24 yrs old 2 is 12 yrs old. Have had non-issue at all but I have never had them "serviced " before by an authorized service center. Moving up here from Westchester County were I purchased them I d I didn't know were to bring them. So I called and emailed Stihl and they suggested Braley Noxon Hardware. After I looked them on goggle I recently took a drive up to walk around the store and to walk out back to the service center. I met with Billy. He was wonderful. I shared my thoughts and concerns about getting my saws serviced from a local place in Kingsbury were I had a issue being way over charged to fix a 8 yr old hedge trimmer. Billy was not surprised of my story and understood me. He took the time to explain to me what a service consists of I asked about blade sharpening vs purchasing new blades. Anything l brought about parts or ball parking a cost Billy knew . It was a pleasure to meet Billy and I will be bringing my saws up there in May. I'd recommend calling or stopping to Brakey with any questions you my have. There is plenty of staff to help you and there very well stocked up on everything you could imagine.

Billy in service was awesome. I thought I was looking at 4 or 5 days before he could check out my riding mower. He looked it over quickly to see if he needed to order anything and get that process started, then he actually found what the problem was, I got it back the same day! Great customer service. Well stocked. They nearly always have exactly what I'm looking for. If not, they order the items I need. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Large clothing department for adults and children - for outdoor activities and work (in upstairs loft)
