My family has trusted RADD with our vehicles for the past few years, and I can't recommend them enough. Most recently, they handled my oil change, replaced my radiator, and installed four new tires. You might not always like the problem your car has, but you know the work that is suggested NEEDS to be done. The customers safety, coupled with Rich's integrity, means he will always have my and my family's business. I bring my new and old cars here because he specializes in all. And his shop manager Judy, is the best !!! Thanks guys.
View on GoogleVery good service, the Front office was especially good. I left off one Star because, while they do accept credit cards, they have an additional fee when using one. It was not listed as so on the website and or in my estimate. I would reccomend this business.
View on GoogleThey advertised a porsche 911 that was "100% perfect." Damon swore up and down that there was no problems with the engine and the car had been checked 100% at their shop, even threw in a free state inspection. The day after I drove it home the check engine light came on for low catalyst efficiency. Damon acknowledged that he had reset the check engine light before selling it and never disclosed it. I took the engine to get checked and the engine has bore scoring that makes it burn oil and produces "low catalyst efficiency" due to clogged catalyst converter. Basically needs a new engine and they knew it. Buyer beware, these guys are your typical chop shop and car mill. They lie and steal.

I took my car in for an issue that they discovered should have been covered by the dealership so they didn't charge me to do the work, they told me to go back to where I had the original work done. I wasn't sure what the problem was but they identified it and advised me on what to do. There are no surprises, if Radd tells me there is an issue, I believe them. Great service, great people and a business that has proven to our family that they are honest and reliable!
