I broke down on I84 on a 90 degree day, hours from home. Renato Sr and Jr responded to my call immediately and with concern, for me! They helped to secure me a rental car, which is no easy feet in WF. I needed my car back the next afternoon to get home and wouldn’t you know it, Renato Jr made that happen, and my car had some issues. Not only that, he texted me the following day to ensure I arrived home safely. These guys were GREAT, price totally fair and they were kind. And then there is their love of their kitties. That’s when you know their hearts are true. These guys are going to heaven for sure. Thank you Renatos!!!!! May you live long and prosper.

In January my daughter was driving her car when it was hit in the driver side rear door by another vehicle that ran a red light. Thankfully she was not seriously injured but as a result of the impact, the car was spun off the roadway and was not able to be driven. When I arrived at the scene my daughter was in an ambulance to be transported to the emergency room for treatment. I say this in an effort to show what a tremendously stressful situation this was. Renato and his son from ALLTOW responded to the scene within minutes to tow both vehicles. Renato introduced himself and explained he met me "by accident". His humor was much appreciated in the moment. Throughout the process of dealing with the other drivers insurance company, who has been terrible, Renato has been a tremendous resource for advice on navigating issues in dealing with the insurance companies. His 40+ years of experience, no B.S. demeanor and sense of humor put him at the top of his profession. When my daughter was released from the hospital Renato and his son made the process of accessing her car to get it cleaned out painless and quick. They treated her with kindness and patience. Renato answers the phone himself, returns messages promptly, is honest and fair. I will use ALLTOW for all of my towing and roadside assistance needs. I could not more strongly recommend ALLTOW based on my personal experience with Renato and his son.

I got a flat driving over The Newburgh Beacon Bridge while driving to work. I was fortunate enough to come across Alltow. Renato showed up quickly and helped me get my spare tire on and gave me several people I could contact about fixing the damaged tire. He was so friendly and super helpful.

This guy is the person you want to call when you need a tow or help with anything car related. He’s an honest and reputable man who will not bullshit you about anything. After my car accident he helped me with basically the whole process telling me what I should do and who I should contact to get me through this tough situation. He makes time for you and is incredibly patient. You don’t find many people in this field who are transparent, supportive, nice, and knowledgeable. I would recommend AllTow all my friends and family I can’t express how great of a guy Renato is. This guy goes above and beyond and does not want to try and scam you and get more money out of your pocket like some other companies would. If you’re in need of a tow or need some assistance with your car this is the person you want to go to. 10/10 experience!
