I was badly rear-ended in inclement weather. It was my first time needing to be towed from a scene and the sheriff recommended pro-tow. The owner, Renato, was incredible through the entire process. He was excellent at communicating with me and the adjuster. My car was totaled by insurance and he advocated for me to get the best pay-out for my car. I’m very grateful for him and his kindness during an extremely stressful experience.
View on GoogleI was in an accident about a month and a half ago Renato the owner got there very fast and He was extremely respectful and with it being the first accident I have ever been in he helped me understand how the process was about to move forward with everything . This is the only place I will call for any towing needs He has great prices, but beyond that he is a great man and will do right by you and to me that’s more important
