Hassett Subaru Service

I got there early Saturday morning as I was told the service job would take at least three hours. I had no options but to wait. One and a half hours later I got call to the front desk. All was completed. I could not hide my surprise, and the gentleman was so kind. Not only do they provide service with a smile, they throw some jokes in there as well. The check-in process was quick and smooth as was the checkout process This service center is a well oiled machine with great customer service and folks who work as a team!

Kevin and the Team at Hassett were terrific to work with. My Subaru Outback hadn’t been serviced in a year. The team quickly diagnosed what maintenance and repairs were needed. Pricing was transparent and very reasonable. Kevin communicated very well throughout the process and even got my car back to me sooner than expected. Overall, the Hassett team is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled. I’m delighted with how my car is handling on the road and would very highly recommend bringing your car to Hassett’s A-plus service team.

Good job! Very professional and accommodating. My almost 2 year history of a slow tire leak was finally solved. I had my car to several mechanics who claimed they fixed it by removing a nail -each time. The tire would still continue to need air about 2-3 times a month. Hassett Subaru determined It was electrical sensors that needed replacing. Kathy in particular was a pleasure to deal with. She was very helpful and gave me a good price.

Kevin helped a tremendous amount getting my Ascent fixed. He went above and beyond to communicate what was going on with the car and kept open lines of communication during the service. I felt that my business was appreciated with him at Hassett.
