My wheelchair van had a misfire while driving down the highway. I called other shops around the area and they refused to even look at my vehicle due to the fact it was modified for a wheelchair. I called Cherrywood auto repair and right away Told me to bring the Van in and they would have a Mechanic look at it. When I arrived within two minutes, the mechanic was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with it, and it would be fixed by Monday. Me being in a wheelchair I needed my vehicle to get back home and they said not a problem. They drove me home And took the vehicle for repairs Monday afternoon I called to get an update. They told me the vehicle was ready and that someone was coming to my house to pick me up and bring me to the shop. It’s the little things like this that makes me happy and I appreciate the professionalism of the staff and being able to get my vehicle fixed right away. I will from now on do all my Vehicle business Cherrywood Auto repair thank you to the staff for treating me like a human

I’m a towing company with over 10 years in the business and a solid 5-star reputation for customer satisfaction. We were called by a customer whose vehicle was stuck in their driveway and needed it transported to Cherrywood Auto Repair. When we arrived to drop the car off, one of their workers—Nimal—was extremely rude, hostile, and unprofessional from the moment we pulled in. Instead of simply accepting the vehicle or contacting the customer, he came outside yelling, questioning why the car was there, and creating unnecessary tension. On top of that, he began threatening us, saying that any damages the property would be our responsibility, even though we had someone guiding the truck out of the lot and we had just completed a standard transport we’ve done thousands of times. As a company with over a decade of experience and perfect 5-star reviews, we’ve dealt with countless repair shops—and this was by far one of the worst encounters we’ve had. There was absolutely no reason for the hostility or intimidation. If this is how they treat other professionals, I can only imagine how customers are treated. Very disappointing and completely uncalled for.

Please let people know that you charge $50/day for storage. We had a car towed there from a distance and it sat without being evaluated for a number of days. The estimate was done on day 8 and it was not affordable for us . When we declined to do the work, we were charged for the storage, $500 by the day later when I could get the car moved. Had I known about this at the onset, we would have pressed for an estimate on day 2. I felt that this was unfair and I won't be back. Also, Linda in the office is pleasant and helpful and I feel she was awkwardly placed in the midst of this situation.

They charged me 125$ for an oil change on a honda crv, I get that it's synthetic but that is pretty high of a price regardless. All the places I've called to talk to you after this. I've all quoted me anywhere from 90 to 100. We learn from our mistakes

I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Friendly, knowledgeable and understanding of my needs and budget. Reasonable prices and got my car back same day. Clean, professional office. I'm very pleased so far!
