I’ve purchased a lawn tractor, string trimmer and chain saw from Victor Power Equipment. The prices are great, and their customer service is even better.They know the products they sell and truly want to help you. I had an awesome experience today and wanted to provide an example of the awesome customer service they provide. A gentleman, Homer, helped me with my chain saw that was acting up - fixed the part causing the issue, put on a new chain. He even patiently walked me through how to perform this important process of owning a saw. It’s truly a gem in the Village of Victor. We are fortunate to have Homer and the crew at Victor Power Equipment!
