BJ's Tire Center

Bought tires little over a year ago from Victor BJ's, 12 thousand miles on them and 3 valve stem started leaking, they talked me into buying 4 valve stems when I had the tires installed. (I found the leaks with soapy water) I went to them 11/1/25 they said valve stem aren't covered. I looked on the wall, and it said "Lifetime Flat Repairs" How do you read that? It doesn't say valve stems not included and everything was purchased together and must hold air together. The tire manager said it would be $15 per tire to have the valve stems replaced, I agreed and set up an appointment for today 11/20/25. This time I had a new tire manager, and he said $44 per tire, $132 without tax. I got the GM of BJ's Victor, to come to the tire department. He said he knows nothing about tires and went along with the tire manager, $44 per tire, so I walked out. They install new tire for $20 each, they wouldn't honor the $15 price, I was given by the other tire manager who wasn't there. Now on the quote you see it say non-BJ's tires but they were BJ tires, the GM questioned that, I guess they can't change the form. I had all the original paper work. I told them I'm never buying tires from them again, they didn't care. I also told them I would write a review, they didn't care.

I had a leak in a tire and I walked in wondering if they could help me find the leak and also asked if they could repair it. Within one hour Mark found the leak, repaired the corroded valve that was leaking, and had my car back to me ready to drive home. Couldn’t ask for faster, smoother service!

Professional, knowledgeable people working there every time. Best location around in Rochester in my opinion. It can take a minute to get through the phone menu to reach someone in the shop, and they are busy (for good reason) so plan ahead.

Almost impossible to setup a tire rotation without phy going there. This has been going on for years and this is a management issue to allow this to happen for so long.

Had a wonderful experience at BJ's Tire Center. Service person took the time to go over all my options and answer all my questions. Made an appointment for the installation and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend for service and pricing.
