Bought 3 vehicles from Suburu. And Kitty Carlisle. No car is perfect. But they made it good. We love our Crosstreks. We love the maintenance department! Just drive on in. Leave your car, and go sit and have a snack while waiting. Safe to say I do t have more room to write. But if you need a car go get a suburu! And get it from Victor they take good care of you.

Steve in service is incredible. Went above and beyond to identify and fix issues with battery drain that had plagued me for 6 months. I will always take my cars here, even though it’s a 30 minute drive and there’s another location much closer to me. The Victor team is the best!

Went a week ago to their "Express Service" to get an oil change around 9:30am. Was told it was a 1.5-2 hour wait. Ok, fine, I couldn't wait that long. Asked the gentleman how long the wait was if I got there at opening of 7:30am. He said wait was usually 20 minutes, tops. I run over today right at 7:30, to be told the wait is 45min-1 hour, but they do have an appointment at 8am that takes priority. I told them what the previous employee said, and they inform me their techs don't even START until 8am! Why the hell would you advertise your express hours starting at 7:30 if your techs don't even come in until 8am? And why did the last employee blatantly lie to me? They didn't even know the name of the service manager when I asked. Needless to say, I won't be back. Misleading, and horrible customer service. I expected a lot more.
