Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This staff is 10/10, my tire was absolute chopped cheese straight rubbish may I add. Got me sorted in the best way available super quick to get me to my appointment today. Customer service is crazy good compared to most these other places. We will be coming back to only this location for the oil fr🤩

The workers were very nice and helpful. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation and they were kind and respectful enough to check my tires and inform me that it was unnecessary for a tire rotation. The man said he did not want to charge me for a service I didn’t need. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to rip me off at all. 10/10 will be back again.

This Valvoline site was fast and thorough! My tech Ryan made the entire process easy and my car care was seamless! He replaced my absolutely filthy filter (where does all that mess come from?!?!) Checked my windshield wipers and my battery. My battery is on its last legs and Ryan educated me on what to expect, the type of battery I have and offered me a replacement. I thought my car took full synthetic but Ryan checked my records and let me know I have been using the next oil down. He was honest about my options and what my car needs. All of the techs on the floor were friendly and moving in total unison and wished me a good day! I will definitely stop here again!

As a young woman I get nervous about going to auto shop places by myself in fear of being upcharged, etc. But the staff here were great! I had a $15 off coupon which made the whole oil change a decent price. Only complaint is the website made it hard to find the info before going in such as pricing. And calling the number gives you an AI associate which was frustrating to talk to! But the actual in person experience with the mechanics was great. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely great service. I came for an oil change and they found that I needed a new battery. Come to find out, my negative terminal was cracked making the situation more complicated. The staff here was absolutely wonderful in helping me with the situation and making it possible for me to leave their location with a new battery and a working car. I would reccomend this location to anyone! I didn’t get everyone’s names who helped me but shoutout to Ryan, Will and the rest of the staff.
