The best-best-best! I don’t speak “car,” and I get really nervous about anything related to maintaining or servicing my Bronco Sport. When I discovered I had a nail in one of my tires, I nearly melted down. Savannah was truly a godsend. Not only was she one of the most compassionate and patient humans I’ve ever encountered, but she’s also brilliant when it comes to all things car-related. She went above and beyond to check out my vehicle and make sure I was safe for a long trip home to visit my parents. Oh, and I was in and out of there in no time flat. The price was more than reasonable, too. I’ve since moved from Victor to Penfield, but I’ll be taking my Bronco Sport back to Savannah without hesitation.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Mr. Tire Auto Service while traveling from Cleveland to Boston. Unfortunately, I experienced a cracked tire on the way, which could have been a major setback. To my relief, the team at Mr. Tire fixed everything in under an hour—on a Sunday, no less! The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. They not only replaced the damaged tire but also performed additional servicing, ensuring my car was road-ready. Their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quick and reliable car care.

I called for a quote on 2 Tires for my Daughter in Law's car. I spoke to Fran and he gave me a VERY reasonable quote! My Son dropped off the car and left it overnight. The car had 2 new tires on it the next morning for the exact amount that Fran quoted me. You now have new Customers for life! Thank you so much for helping us out!

The place is complete scam. I called and scheduled an appointment. When arrived on the day of the appointment first they acted surprised and tried to tell me that they didn't have me scheduled for that day. When I showed a confirmation text the lady at the front desk said that she was trying to call me earlier to reschedule my appointment, because they were booked for that day. I checked my call history and didn't see a single call from them. I drove 24 miles round trip achieving nothing. Waste of my time and gas. Complete SCAM. They're misleading customers by listing local phone number, but when you call you apparently get routed to the call center without even knowing it. Misleading business practices

I went there to get a NY State inspection. After I got my car back the Check engine light was on. They cleared the code. But it came back on. My car was perfectly fine before I had it inspected. Now my car isn't right. I will be seeking legal action. So disappointed.
