This is hand down the best place I've been to for getting my car fixed! The employees always give detailed descriptions on what's going on and what needs to be done. One time they brought me to the back and actually let me see under my car while it was raised to look at the issue. Prices are also way more reasonable than getting it fixed at a dealership. Shout out to Kevin and the rest of the staff! I will continue to come back when my car needs service

The manager Kevin at the Victor store is a Rockstar. He always takes care of us quickly, very knowledgeable of options, looks out for the customer, knows everyone's name. Normal day seems like constant chaos, but handles it better than most I've seen in this industry. Quality work performed.

After driving over a curb the night before, I scheduled an inspection for damage at Monro Auto Service Center today. Scheduling on a Sunday was easy and my car was in the shop in no time. The news was great, no damage noted and the man who helped me at the desk and who checked out my car were awesome. Thank you so much!

The two men who manage the site (I can’t remember their names) that check us in and tell us what’s going on with the cars are truly just outstanding. One of them consistently has worked with my daughter Hannah who has had numerous (and I mean numerous) car issues. He is always honest and transparent. This has not been the case in other repair places where work has been recommended to her that was not needed. The other manager I’ve worked with is also transparent and honest. We take all of our four cars to this particular site solely because of those two service providers.

While heading home from work I accidentally drove over a pothole and punctured a tire. I limped my way to Monroe Muffler unexpectedly. Frank at Monroe was extremely helpful by immediately checking the tire and checked availability of a replacement tire. He informed me he can replace the tire the next day. I was delighted by the offer and left my vehicle there. Picked it up the next day as promised by Frank. Thank you Frank for your friendly service.
