Brought my car in for a tire pressure sensor that was wired incorrectly. Got a call saying that my dash lights were then not working. Told I needed is new cluster. After they replaced the part I was told it was completely fixed, only to get it back and not have the blinkers, seatbelt, and collision detection lights not work. Brought it back last weekend for them to fix the cluster again and got the car back yesterday to find the blinkers work but now the volume control on the steering wheel doesn’t work, the collision still isn’t on, it won’t show me if I’m in 2wd or AWD, and it won’t show my cruise speed. Plus, they informed me they put some miles on the car (20 miles on the report) and when I turned the car on I found that they put nearly 200 miles on the car and left me with 1/8 of a tank. I no longer live in the area and brought the car back here because I bought the car here and my family has had luck with this place before. However, after 3 trips I still have a car that is not fixed from a problem that this service department created and continues to make worse. Also, the attitude of the people I have been in contact with (Brandon and Debi) has been less than pleasant. After I explained that I could not just come up on a random week day to drop off the loaner or get the car they both made sure to impress how much of an inconvenience it was to them that I had the loaner for longer than they wanted me to after they started this situation by causing this issue with my dash. I could not simply drop everything I was doing, take off work, and drive the 3 1/2 hour distance at a moments notice. The only good interact I had was with the new service member, Devin, who tried to keep an open line of communication throughout the time he was in charge of my cars repairs.

There was a delay in getting the part needed for my '22 Equinox but after it came in the service was very good

I Had my vehicle services at the body shop after hitting a deer. There were many hiccups, and problems along the way, but I couldn't be happier with the results. Lee was amazing, helpful, very flexable, and very understanding. When it's time for me to get another vehicle I will be purchasing one from them!
