If i could give them 0 stars, I would. My husband needed a emergency tow. Several companies recommended him. I called and the guy was so rude. He responded with "oh my god what are you calling me for? Call someone else."

My experience over the years with Doody's Repair Shop has been EXCEPTIONAL. One time i had a break line go on my truck while driving through Fayetteville Mall. After i called Doody's for help, a roll back was there to pick it up in less than 45 minutes! To me that was EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. YESTERDAY I was traveling on Route 81 then suddenly my tire was loosing pressure very quickly. I pulled off at the nearest exit, and again called Doody's. A rollback appeared in less than 30 minutes. I don't know what more anyone could ask for when it comes SERVICE. Did I experience some wit and humor in the conversation...absolutely and I loved it.

I have a classic 1980 AMC Jeep CJ7, and these guys are the only ones who could figure out what was going on with it. Old school mechanics who diagnose the problem, and don't just swap out parts because a computer told them to. I saw a negative review by someone, and while they may not have fake smiling overly happy customer service, they're a small town, mom and pop shop that is going to do a great job. If you need a sparkly, modern shop where everyone wears clean, matching uniforms, this is not your place to go. If you want old school mechanic that can fix anything, at a reasonable price, this is the place.

Pulled out and towed home our trailer after crashing it in a ditch in 2 degree weather, very nice people.
