This shop is amazing. If you need any kind of tire service in the area of monticello and beyond, you absolutely should make this place your go to. Came in today unannounced just before closing because thats all the time I had to work with today. Without so much as a complaint about pushing the end of the day, all 3 of the different employees treated me with kindness and appreciation for my business. They worked quickly and made me feel like my time was valued. I have never reviewed a tire shop as yall know, but this one required a review. Exceptional service at a great price. Nothing more we can ask for is there? Stop by and see for yourself. Thank you kindly for reminding me that good service still matters some. Ill be back!

Buyer Beware 4/3/26 'Services Not Rendered' issue at the Monticello store. I was charged for an alignment, but the shop did not provide a printout. I was there for a total of 19 minutes from pulling into the parking space to leaving. I was also charged for tire rotation. I definitely thought that was strange to have those services completed within 15 minutes. That was on a Friday. I did not like the noise I was hearing from my car and took it to my mechanic to be inspected on Monday. This mechanic was the one that showed me the tie rods had absolutely not been disturbed and I took photos of the tie rod adjustment nuts. They are covered in heavy, undisturbed road grime and rust, proving no tools were used to adjust them. Not only is there no tool marks on my tie rods, but my mechanic also confirmed I had a bad front ball joint. The Monticello shop charged me for an alignment that is technically impossible to perform correctly with a failed suspension component. They failed to catch this during a standard pre-alignment inspection and charged me for a service they knew (or should have known) couldn't be completed. When I went back for a refund, I asked for the print out and Jay told me their machine does not save the information and they only give print outs ‘upon request’ the day of service. He also tried to convince me that the nut was moved ever so slightly in my photo evidence, come on! He asked if I wanted the refund or for them to do the alignment, now that I had the ball joint replaced by a professional. I told him there is no way I would ever hand my keys over to anyone in that shop, especially after finally reading the reviews. I only wish I read these reviews before going in the first place. So I did get the refund for the “ghost alignment”, but I don’t believe they did the tire rotation either. Since it’s hard to prove they didn’t do the rotation (I will definitely mark my tires before any rotation in the future) they would not honor a FULL refund, only the ghost alignment. It’s very disturbing that a so-called reputable establishment allowed me to drive that car out of there under false pretense and no warning about the broken ball joint. I’m still undecided if I should report this to Sullivan County Weights and Measures as well as DMV Consumers and Facilities.

This location is amazing. Everyone is so welcoming, kind and ready to help you with your car troubles. The service is excellent. 5 Stars well deserved. Would definatley reccomend coming here for any car service needs, including tires.

Don't waste your time here. Every experience I've had has been mediocre at best. They won't try to help you understand what's wrong with your car, rather just give suggestions. I had to ASK them AFTER they rotated my tires if they had balanced them, and the response was "you didn't tell us to balance"... Ridiculous. Also, they don't do printouts by default, just some old paper recipes, and they DON'T report to Carfax, so there's no record of any work done there. Go someplace else!!!

If you were going to a mechanic shop to get your brakes fixed, how would you feel if, as the mechanic is saying the car isn’t ready yet, you find out from your dash cam he was driving it around and making his own personal taxi trips, dropping people off, using up gas, not putting it back, meanwhile gas has skyrocketed, and not even calling you, letting you know that he will be driving out the car to bring people home? I paid over $700 for this service and the hourly rate. I mean, it’s one thing to test it to make sure everything is working, but to bring random strangers in my car, dropping them to their homes, and me getting my car back with less than a half tank of gas is crazy. When I go back to this business to speak with the owner, he is dead silent, doesn’t even respond to me as I am explaining the situation, then as I am explaining to the owner, the mechanic comes over and just throws $20 at me; he doesn’t even try to hand it to me. At any moment he could have crashed my vehicle or these strangers could have stolen things from my vehicle. If i didn’t have a dash cam to know who was driving in my car, would you have told me the truth? I have been going to this business for years but I will never return after this lack of accountability and lack of integrity and respect.
