I came in for a broken taillight and a few scratches on my car. I was visibly upset and Sean/Shawn was wonderful and empathetic. He promised me my car would look brand new. My Subaru is a 2022. When I picked up my car, It truly looks brand new! So thank you so much 52 Automotive.

They were very efficient dealing with my insurance company. No problems, great people

They never wrote down the vehicle information so we just dropped off our vehicle to get a new bumper. They ordered the wrong bumper, painted it than broke my bumper even more taking it off and than realized they ordered the wrong bumper. Had to put the old one back on and now it’s much worse than it originally was because they cracked it tearing it off. Very unprofessional, disorganized and clueless. Do not use their services
