Picked up a trailer here and had a very concerning experience. Shortly after leaving the location (less than a mile away), the trailer disconnected from my hitch while driving in traffic. Thankfully I was able to safely slow down and pull over without injury or damage. After assessing the situation, it appeared the trailer may not have been fully seated/secured on the hitch ball during hookup. The lot conditions were also very muddy/soft, which may have contributed to the issue. A passing motorist stopped to help me reconnect and secure the trailer. As soon as I was safely off the roadway, I called Thompson’s Garage three times in a row within minutes of the incident and left multiple voicemails explaining what had happened. Not only did I receive no callback that day, but as of two days later I still have not heard from anyone regarding the incident. I understand mistakes can happen, but a trailer detaching on the roadway is a serious safety concern, and the complete lack of follow-up afterward was extremely disappointing.

I was using their Uhaul service there recently and had an issue with my locking pin, which delayed me in getting the trailer before they closed for the day. Since they understood how important my schedule was, they were happy to extend their office schedule to support me. I know this doesn't happen everywhere or every time, but I was glad they worked with me help me out of a jam. Very nice people here...I wish them nothing but success! And thank you!

I have had quite a bit of work done there recently. All of which has been excellent! -upper/lower ball joint -front bearings - front breaks - whatever the mystery electrical short that would kill my battery overnite.. They fixed that too! - put my snow tires on for me in the middle of a storm.. (Which was awesome! Ty for that!!) I will forever recommend their garage to everyone! They are great people over there. If you're reading this you should definitely check them out.

This shop was amazing. From the call to schedule the appointment to picking up my car. Everything was explained in detail and very fair. The staff went above and beyond to help me and I am very appreciative. I will be back!
