I came in this morning to just swap out my wheel set for another, They put my truck up on the left and realize that the ones I had bought will not fit. Ken Explained everything to me on why and how and make sure that I was informed on the situation And didn’t charge me whole bunch of money or anything at all that matter fact for the 30 minutes of time. There is not a lot of places less that would do something like that so I commend this place for y’all’s polite and kind service highly recommend

Called schedule appointment for tune of spark plugs and got me in and before fixing additional problem found, they called and asked and verified my approval of the additional service of replacing ignition coil. After getting my truck back it's running great and was extremely happy with service and the charge for the repairs. Ken the owner was extremely professional throughout, recommend using them for service needs or repairs if in the Chittenango area

My family has been taking all of our cars here for years. Recently took my civic to the Honda dealership in Fayetteville for a simple bead leak. I told them which tire was loosing pounds of air per day. Took them 2 hours, charged me $50, and not even 24 hours later that same tire lost 12 pounds of pressure. When I called to make an appointment for them to fix it again their mechanic on the phone was rude so I gave up on them. So I decided to drive a half hour to drop my car off at Collins, and Bobby had my tire fixed as soon as he came in the next day! These guys know what they are doing, and they charge a fair price. I’m never going to the dealership again. Bring your car here to get it done right the first time.
