Ace Hardware is a great local store with everything you need. The staff is always super friendly and genuinely willing to help. Unlike big chain stores, you can tell they truly care about customer service. This is our go-to place whenever we need something — we love it.

Super well staffed, with helpful and knowledgeable people. They have some of everything, truly making it a 1 stop shop. Hardware, Kitchenware, Health products, garden supplies and plants, literally a bit of EVERYTHING... even snacks! SO MUCH BETTER than a big box store.

Ace is our son's happy place! (He is a home improvement enthusiast.) The staff is always friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we have everything we need.

Place is like a correctional facility. Asked my friend to check a bag and my gf to leave bag at the counter. Nutso. Great store but I feel uncomfortable here. Workers watching and lurking while I shop. And way overpriced compared to Walmart or Home Depot. Whats next metal detector and pat downs? Go elsewhere

I only found Ace Hardware recently. It has changed my life and honestly has now saved me so much time figuring out which store has what, where I will find an item. Ace has everything a person will need, well, it does for me. An example, is a small spring for my pool fence door that hasn’t closed properly in 5 years. It does now! I’ve renovated my house more these past 2 weeks all because of Ace than I have in 7-10 years. They make it so easy to help you locate things, give ideas/suggestions to assist projects. Both managers have been amazing- Liz and Byrnel. And every staff member I have had has been incredible. (Eric, Byron, Bryan) I look forward to my next series of projects knowing Ace is here for me. They were able to pinpoint how to ‘fix’ my power washer- needed rubber ring. Suggested to prime my pressure treated wood and gave me special paint to do so. Found beam brackets to fit my porch. The list goes on. Ace is the only way to go for me. Once again Rainbow Ace has come through for me. I was in need of a lymphoma posture neck brace. I went to 9 other Drug Marts, Pharmacy, Walmart, Walgreens etc. The manager Liz, had gone above and beyond to order this item through an outside vendor and had it mailed to Ace in record time than Amazon, and cheaper as well. There’s No place like ACE! It never disappoints! 😊
