Turtle Cove Restaurant, Cabin Rentals & Boat Slips.

Today we went to Turtle Cove Restaurant and our server was Oliver. He was fantastic, outstanding personality, friendly, and top-notch service. We have been to Turtle Cove several times and he knew our order by heart. He is an excellent employee and should be recognized for his hard work.

Came here by boat for lunch. One of the only places in the area that serves lunch on a weekday! We were seated immediately and offered a drink. The server was super fun and constantly checked on us. I thought the food prices were reasonable. Our food came out quickly and was hot. We all enjoyed what we got. I would definitely return!

We have been here 3 nights in a row. We had dinner on the outside patio right on the bay. We both had Haddock which was excellent! The waitresses, Mallory & Bennett were very friendly & efficient. The bartenders Jennifer & Bri were also very friendly & helpful. Jennifer went out of the way to suggest sites we could visit. They are all an asset to this establishment. Thank you!

Came to have dinner with friends. We had 3 separate checks. We arrived at the restaurant at 5:30pm. Sat down and ordered our food and drinks within 20 minutes. We didn’t get served until 6:45pm Waitress apologized and told us that they would take 10% off our orders for patiently waiting. They got a huge to go order of 30 things to go with only two cooks on.We the go to check out, two parties paid with card and one with cash. They bring us our receipts that show no discount. She states that she can’t do the discount until she swipes our cards. She then brings back the two cards and only gave one of them a 10% discount. We bring the attention to the waitress and she proceeds to tell us that someone else rung out that check and I’ll go fix it. She then asks the cash paying party if they want their change back and we said yes. She comes back with the cash payment and doesn’t bring back the receipt. We did the math and yet again neither the cash discount nor the 10% discount was applied. If you are going to offer a discount then it should be honored for the whole table and one person should be ringing out that table even if it is multiple checks. And when do you not bring your costumers their receipts??? Um that is shady business or staff that you have on hand.

Food was expensive and menu is misleading. Ordered an Impossible burger, but was served a orange-colored veggie burger made with rice and peas (I think) that was mushy and tasted a little like bland stuffing. Someone in my group ordered the burger rare and it arrived well done. We weren't charged for the food we didn't like, but we left the restraunt hungry. (We had been there nearly 2 hours, no one offered to make the food again, but we wouldn't have wanted to wait. We wanted lunch, not to spend the afternoon there.) The fries were hot and fresh. Drinks were cold, refreshing, and made as ordered. Would get drinks and appetizers here again, but not entree's.
