Beautiful vineyard. They have it all. Wonderful tasting room. Award winning wines. Delicious food. And the nicest most knowledgeable staff around. If you are enjoying upstate new york a must visit. You won't be disappointed.

We had our engagement party at Colloca Winery and it was the perfect place for the event. Cindy, our event coordinator, was amazing—so patient and communicative, even with our busy schedules when we weren’t always the best at responding quickly. She really went above and beyond to make sure the space was set up just how we wanted and checked in with us throughout to make sure everything felt right. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and truly made us and our guests feel cared for. Everyone spoke highly about the atmosphere and the service. It ended up being such a memorable day, and we’re so thankful to Cindy and the whole Colloca team for making it all come together so beautifully. Highly recommend for any celebration!

I stopped in here on a Saturday with a small group of people to enjoy the views and the good wine. We made a reservation for a table, which was a good idea considering how busy they were! We were seated quickly and brought menus of their food and wine/cider options. They had a big assortment and offered flights of wine as well as cider or beer which was great. Our waitress was funny and checked on us frequently and also knowledgeable about the food they served. We got a pear pizza and some calamari for the table, you are also still currently required to order food. Overall I found it a little expensive for what you got, but it was beautiful inside and tasty. I'd just keep in mind that you're paying for the atmosphere. I'd recommend a stop in!

Had my sons wedding & reception here. The facilities were absolutely beautiful. The lake front views the banquet room. Everything was perfect. The staff was amazing and very attentive to every need. The food was perfect. I would recommend here to anyone looking to hold a wedding or other special event

What a beautiful place! My husband and I spent this past weekend in Sterling NY and before we arrived at the cabin stopped in for the tasting. Alought I was a was a bit disappointed the winery was out of the Mandy's giggle wine I was pleased with the white wines. We bought a bottle of the dry resling. Refreshing and delicious. My husband prefers reds and the reds available for tasting suited his pallet. We enjoyed the Payella Bay festival Colloca Winery hosted during our weekend stay. The seafood and meat Payella was delicious sangria wine was refreshing and I loved the idea of a spoon came with your glass to scoop out the Watermelon and blueberry fruits. The music was excellent. We deff will return next Summer for the festival.
