Walters Body Shop

He really did a nice job. I backed into a pole, and a larger body shop booked me over a month out, and wanted my truck for two weeks. My father had taken his truck to Walter and recommended him. Walter's got me in within a week, and had my truck for about 8 business days. Truck looked fantastic. I hit a deer a few years ago, and I was not pleased with the work from the larger shop the insurance company recommended. I had to take it back three times, and the clear coat pealed off a year later. Walter's job really looks good, and he was easy to work with. I TRIED to find something wrong, but really couldn't. Time will tell if it holds up, but so far I only have good things to say.

Walters Body Shop is absolutely fantastic with rebuilding the front of my truck it looks better than it did before I brought it there! I couldn't be happier or more grateful for what they've done for us! *Update* So 4 months later we found an air tool and body shop paper inside our engine bay from his son's shop in Cortland. Initially I contacted this business with above issues and was told the truck would be taken to Cortland as his son had more space. Unfortunately the son won't acknowledge the items found in my engine bay were his. The son lied to my insurance company and told them my truck has been in multiple shops since they had it which is not true. My husband and his friend who's a mechanic looked at the truck this past week to figure out what these noises we were hearing are and that is when we found the items. The tool damaged multiple parts inside the front of my truck with no accountability from anyone I've done business with. Not Walters nor his son in Cortland. I am just baffled at this point. Be careful using this shop. I highly advise to not allow your vehicle to be taken to Cortland as you too may find random shop tools inside your vehicle months after they've had it. I was hoping someone here was a honorable man with integrity and kept their word with work done being guaranteed. Good mechanics nowadays don't exist anymore.

Got my car hit hard on the passenger side by an suv who ran a stop sign, and had to get it towed out of there. I took it here and Walter made it look like it was brand new! He made my golf look like it was brand new. I recommend this place to anyone who is in need of repair, the shop knows how to do quality work.

I hit a my first deer with my first new car... Water's had it fixed and looking new again in three days! Super nice! It's great to keep it local and with a small shop so that you aren't treated like a number!
