My past experiences have been good. Today, they got everything wrong. You have to check their work. They put a new sensor on the wrong brand new tire that didn’t need a sensor. I said passenger side while they jacked up the drivers side. They didn’t fix the valve problem on a different tire. I left , I came back, they insisted it was fine. It was not. Ultimately I paid for a sensor when I just need a valve but after 3 hours it was just time to leave. 👎 Just go to Riverhead.

Professional, fast AND fair pricing (we compared with national averages and online). Be clear about what you want or ask them to educate you on rotation, alignment etc. We waited there while all tires where quickly changed and realigned - it was a very smooth process, our 4 year old was fascinated by everything, and then we walked to the nearby bagel shop to kill some time. Win-win-win…

I left a review about 4 weeks ago praising the worker there (and that still stands—he’s great). However, this time I want to share my concerns about their policies and the way I was treated by others at the shop. I don’t know much about tires, and within just one month I ended up with nails in two of them. When I went back, they quickly pointed out the nail and immediately pushed me to buy a new tire—even though it was practically brand new. Feeling unsure and not fully understanding, I agreed. Later, I spoke with another person who explained what “plugging” a tire meant. That’s when I realized I could have had my tire repaired elsewhere for about $20 instead of paying $150 for a replacement. As a woman who doesn’t have much knowledge about cars, I left feeling like I was taken advantage of.

Make sure to double check their work….10 miles after they changed my tire I lost my hub cap because they didn’t snap it in properly.

poor quality and service… an employee drove my car on the road without even asking me, they did an alignment on my 2018 Mercedes s550, after two weeks the edge of the wheel was worn out, when I asked to check it again, they said to make an appointment for the following week. I changed the tire for $450 and did the alignment in another place
