Had a strange noise and was advised by a different mechanic over $700 in repairs were needed. The mechanics here were very quick and diagnosed the issue as just a screw in the tire. Fixed immediately and for a good price. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleI was having a problem with my cars passenger window, took it to the medford location and was told it was the motor, they even brought the part out to me in the waiting room to look at🙄. 500 dollar quote to fix it. I was told I'd have to leave a 100 dollar deposit but he charged me 250, changing his mind to half without even asking me first. Is that normal? Ive never had to leave a deposit for a repair before. Well it wasn't the motor, said it was the switch which "happen to be the same price"I called Kia and the switch is 39 dollars, and in Ryan's words directly "plug and play" yet they were going to charge me 500 dollars. It wasn't the switch, or the connector, or the drivers side master switch. 2 weeks and 4 trips back they couldn't figure it out, said I had to go to the dealer. So I left there with not only my passenger window not working but the blew out my back windows so now I have 3 windows that dont work. He wouldn't refund my money due to time spent trying to diagnose it. He offered me a free car wash.
View on GoogleI’ve given this shop more than one chance, and I seriously regret it. I usually bring my own oil and oil filter because I like to know exactly what’s going into my car. The first visit seemed fine, so I came back for another oil change, again providing everything myself. That’s when things got ridiculous. The manager told me my car somehow had no oil filter. That made zero sense, considering the last oil change was done by them, using the filter I personally brought in. So where did it go? It gets worse. After that visit, my car started leaking oil all over my driveway, leaving stains and a terrible smell. I had it checked out and found out they had damaged the threading on the oil filter connection, which caused the oil to leak out. When I went back to explain the issue, instead of taking responsibility, they charged me $60 to fix the very problem they caused. No accountability, no apology, just another bill. I would not trust this place with even the simplest service. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.
View on GoogleGot my inspection done here, Found out I needed to get 2 new outter tie rods (tie rods aren’t that expensive) and they quoted me 397 before taxes with the inspection fee, outter tie rods and labor. They overcharge with the labor and it only took them 1 hour.(not the first time they quoted me with a crazy high price). Unless you want to be overcharged go ahead!

Staff is super nice and accommodating. I trust the mechanics here, and everyone is knowledgeable and fair. I will be a permanent customer!
