Service Center - Buzz Chew Chevrolet

I will only have me Chevy Cruz Diesel serviced at Buzz Chew's , along with my Equinox because their mechanics and my service Tech Daniel Kropp give me first class service and the best mechanics. I drive down from Maine to Buzzies because I trust no one else to work on my Chevy Cruz Diesel! When we get ready to purchase our Diesel Tahoe I will make a trip down to Buzzies because of the excellent service, they have never let me down, treat me like i bought a fleet of cars and I believe you take care of the people who take care of you ! Buzz Chew Chevy & Cadillac could teach my dealer in Maine what customer service is all about that's why I will always shop at Buzz Chews. Jeff Huettner

This was the 3rd time I've brought my 2024 Silverado Trail Boss in for this issue, the sound system intermittently just doesn't work upon start up, no sound at all, I have to shut the truck off and wait about 20 minutes and hope whatever is causing it to reset itself. Each time I've been told the radio had to be updated or reprogramed. We'll see if the 3rd time cures this issue. So far, my 2024 Silverado Trail Boss has had the moon roof gasket replaced because it was leaking when it rained (3 visits to fix that problem), and the 6.2 engine was replaced due to a recall (that understandably took about a week, and I was given a loaner) and 3 visits for the sound system issue. On the positive side, service rep Chris is awesome, he does his best to accommodate and keep us informed. He is always friendly and professional. He is truly an asset to Buzz Chew. If not for his assistance with these issues I would have looked for a dealer closer to my home for service and repairs.
