My 2025 Tesla was hit by a deer and since bringing to Charlie’s Quality Collision . The car looks absolutely perfect again — you would never know there was any damage. Charlie and his team were professional, honest, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout the entire process. They kept us informed, worked with care, and clearly take a lot of pride in what they do. It’s hard to find a body shop you can truly trust, especially with a Tesla, but they exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality collision repair work on Long Island.

Charlie and this shop are in one word, incredible. Charlie, the owner, has been in this business for 53 years. He really knows his stuff. I had a tree fall on my car, Charlie was so patient and helpful walking me through the process of what to expect with my insurance and dealing with the rental car company. He even came in early on a Saturday morning to inspect my vehicle as my job has me working odd hours. Eileen was amazing, providing great communication while my car was in the shop. They made the whole process so easy and stress free, and I got my car back looking even better than it did before the tree fell on it. Glad to see good, honest, caring people still out here taking pride in their work and their service.

My boyfriend took his 2016 Acura to have his collision repairs done this week. All repairs were done efficiently, and his car looks great! They even detailed his car inside and out. Charlie is a great guy and kept his promise on the delivery of my boyfriend's car. He is very satisfied with the job that he did.
