I’d give Chelsea 100 ⭐️s if I could! After 1.5 hours of trade-parade traffic from Montauk to Southampton, my car started smoking. No dashboard alert- just a couple of passerby’s staring, and finally a honk to let me know something was up. I pulled into the nearest parking lot- which completely coincidentally happened to be Chelsea Auto (what a blessing!). As soon as I pulled over I saw the smoke coming from my hood & grill. Popped the hood to see my coolant was totally empty, along with a significant puddle on the ground. It was 6:15pm on a Friday. Long story short- I got in touch with Chelsea at 9am on a Saturday at the end of June. For those of you familiar with what it’s like to live and work in the Hamptons, this is prime busy season. Chelsea had actions in motion to get me a new radiator by 11am, a quote to me by 2:00, and a car ready for pick-up by 6pm. On a Saturday. In June. Responsive, communicative, pleasant, relatable, reasonable, and super efficient. As a Nurse with a long commute, I cannot thank you enough for getting me back on the road so I can get to work from Montauk to Riverhead. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I dropped off a vehicle at Chelsea's Auto Repair (CAR) and the turn-around time was great, given the amount of work she had to perform. She was communicative along the repair process, billing and payment was easy and I felt her services were thorough. She even washed the car; it had been recently detailed prior to it having been dropped off at her shop, and when I received the car it was immaculate. This is above and beyond service not many shops take time, or care, to provide. Being a business owner myself, I really appreciate the level of attention and thoroughness she provided. I also appreciate the communication she established from the get-go. I will be going back to Chelsea's Auto Repair for future services.

Chelsea is amazing to work with. I trust her with all my cars. She does not shy away from older Land Rover models, such as the Discovery 2 and P38. Does a great job with the supercharged Range Rovers, too. I did engine work and worked on the interior, tires, and rims. This current repair was complicated because I had different opinions about the vehicle's issue. Chelsea did a conclusive analysis and solved the problem swiftly and on time. I am grateful to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable mechanic in my corner. And it's fun to work with her as well 🌟

I had a great experience at Chelsea's Auto Repair. Chelsea was quick to respond to my initial message, and she was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. She kept me up to date with the progress of the work, and she even offered to drop me off at the nearby gym while the work was being done. I'll definitely keep coming back!

Chelsea, thank you!! I cannot say enough great things about you and your shop. I brought my car into her shop for a routine oil change. After she got my car on the lift, she noticed my tire was wearing. I would’ve had no idea my tire was this bad and dangerous to drive. I commute back and forth to school everyday. She called over to a local tire shop and got me in same day. Thank you for being honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. My car is now safe to drive and in alignment.
