Another great experience with Mike at North 110. Been going to his shop for six years...with all my vehicles - Audi, Volvo, Subaru and Infinity. Always quick to diagnose the "real" issue and prompt in reparing. My wife's QX60 died completely in queens on the way down from Vermont, after an overnight in NYC and being in a parking garage, and we had it towed to the shop on Memorial Day. Had been told by two triple AAA crews that the battery was dead and alternator died. Told Mike that I probably needed a new alternator and battery and Mike promised to get me back on the road yesterday. He did his thing and discovered that we did not need an alternator but that the belt had been removed. He did the right thing as always and sent the new alternator back, put in a new battery, and did the quick, correct and most economical fix. On top of always being honest and fair every visit includes interesting conversation about life and music. Highly, highly recommend but be prepared to find out that he is not the best kept secret as you will always find folks waiting for service...

This mechanic should lose his establishment. He put faulty brakes on my grandma's car that caught fire and ripped her off more than once.
