Charlie and his team are great. Very reasonably priced and do great work. Have one issue, more of a defective part,but Charlie stands by his work and is fixing it.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with a-1 award transmissions highly informative very helpful they have built numerous transmissions for my work vehicles over the years also thank you for helping my son out when he was in a jam and pressed a part for him to finish his performance transmission build he was working on he is very thankful

I highly recommend A-1 Award Transmissions. I have been bringing my cars there for over 20 years and dealing with Charlie, who is always honest and provides great service at fair prices. I would never go anywhere else for transmission service!

Warning this place is a complete joke of a shop. I brought my truck in for a rear end issue, after waiting 3 weeks for repairs instead of the 2 days Charlie, the owner, originally told me. They charged me 2400 to rebuild it…that’s just the beginning…within 5 minutes of leaving their lot my rear wheels locked up almost causing an accident. My truck is now at a reputable shop where they took apart the rear to discover the job was done wrong at A1 award. Also it was common for them to fix cars A1 messed up. What a heck of a place to call a shop, these guys are dirtier then the grease they left on my truck.

I 100% recommend this place. This place is excellent. My car wouldn't pass inspection because my check engine light was on due to codes from the transmission. my transmission was skipping i needed a rebuilt i called A-1 transmission and spoke to the owner Charlie and he spent time with me on the phone to locate one at a very reasonable price i brought my car in and it was ready in 3 days my car is running excellent great job and heres the bonus he had the car inspected for me what more can i say that is A-1 service thank you Charlie It was a great experience doing business with you and I will definitely will be doing business with you in the future and highly recommend you to all my friends and family great job 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
