Big Ant’s Towing & Auto Repair

My daughter is a college student in the area and her car needed a tow. Managing this over the phone from another state is never easy. I can't say enough about how great their service was. There was a scheduling mixup with our roadside service, but Nicole was so helpful finding a way to make it work. Clayton was the driver. He handled another customer's issue then came back to her car a little while later. One of the most impressive things was how well they communicated (both Nicole and Clayton). It made the whole situation so much easier knowing that my daughter was in such good hands. Thank you to the team at Big Ant's!

Big Ants towing got us a truck from exit 28 and came in a timely manner and the driver was very professional and got my car towed quickly to south glens falls with no issues. I had never been in an accident where my car had to be towed. Unfortunately, this changed in Jan. '26. Big Ants responded and the techs were easy to deal with on scene. They were kind, responsive, and detailed as to where they were taking my car and how to reach them. My insurance needed photos and videos which I was not able to get on the scene (I was stunned and unsure what to do). That weekend, Big Ants met me to let me into their lot (gated) so that I could clear out my car and get what I needed for insurance. What was really nice was that they took the time to explain to me things I didn't understand, i.e. what would happen with my car since it was totaled and what to expect from that. They explained the process, and never shrugged off any question I had when I asked, "what does that mean?" The entire process they were amicable, even on a day off for them. Kind, courteous, knowledgable, and understanding. If you need a tow, I recommend them thoroughly. They are good people.

If you need a tow call Big Ants first! They can and will do what tow away llc and dab enterprises says is impossible! Oh and they will do it with a smile on their face! They winched me out of my long and icy driveway no issue whatsoever! Seriously call them first! Where others don't even attempt, they do!

Arrived quickly, driver was patient while my insurance company fixed some administration issues, then head treated my car with car and respect and promptly delivered it to the auto-shop of my choice. Very efficient, wouldn't hesitate to use again (although I hope I never have to).
