Okay I'm going to start at the beginning so you can understand it while I'm leaving a five-star review: From the time that I pulled up I met a service technician I told him my issue that I just recently had a death in the family and I needed a four-wheel balancing and he said let me talk to my boss didn't even inside you spoke with the owner of the company he immediately came out he greeted me told me to come into the office area and say yes we're going to take care of you and we had a great conversation from that point. And then he's a very friendly guy his name is Paul I called him Steve because that's the name of the shop but I guess that's his grandfather's it's a generational shop so I would recommend anybody to go there it's right on route 5 as you heading into silver Creek and I'm going to tell you something he's the nicest guy I've ever met besides dnf Auto and those two places they respect their customers and he didn't have to get me in and he did so this message is for you Paul and your technicians you know God bless you and thank you very much I made it to New York safe and I appreciate you thank you

Brought my 2003 F250 in that I recently purchased as I had it looked at by another shop and they gave me a giant list of things it needed. I asked them for a second option and they said they would get it in and take a look and reference the list I provided for them and agree or disagree with what all the other shop said. It sat there for over a month until I called them and they stated they looked at it and gave me a quote for $9,000 to fix everything they agreed with. When declining the repairs and asking when I could pick up my vehicle they stated that their mechanic blew a brake line pulling it into the shop to inspect it and that I would need to pay them over $300 to replace the brake line THEY damaged. After telling them to perform the repairs it took them another 2 weeks even though I saw my truck sitting outside the shop only 5 days after they said they would get it in. After getting fed up waiting for them to call me back I went there in person and low and behold they blew A SECOND brake line bleeding the brakes after making the repair to the first one they blew. Take note I drove this truck for hundreds of miles after buying it and never had any problem with the brake lines or spongy brakes. Its only after this shop took possession of my vehicle for over a month and a half to just do a routine inspection did they blow 2 brake lines and charge me over $450 to fix what they broke. Neither them nor the other mechanic I took it to mentioned rotted or rusted brake lines which makes me believe this was deliberate after I declined the $9,000 in repairs it needed. The only reason I brought my truck here was because they came highly recommended from Google and local garages who only work on gas powered vehicles. I would not recommend Steve's in a million years to anyone for any service based on my interactions with the staff there or the condition of my vehicle upon return.

Steve's is a very reliable place that I take my motorhome to. They are a friendly, family owned, trustworthy business!! They never try to push any extras on you that aren't necessary. I trust them for my Rv's repairs and inspections I highly recommend them!

Paul and staff made the inspection go smoothly. Explained the process and showed me the additional problems unrelated to the inspection. Very efficient job!

As usual, top notch care of our vehicles And very professional and conscientious service. Thanks to the whole crew at Steve’s as always.
